Most Modern Britain products are made to order, so we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

We can only offer a refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error.

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery as described below.

When you contact us, please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

Damaged or faulty items
If your item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. You may be asked to return the item, in which case we will cover the return postage.

Incorrect items
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 14 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.
